Research Experience

Undergraduate Researcher Mar 2026 — Present

DSSE Lab, Institute of Information Technology, University of Dhaka

Working under Dr. Kazi Muheymin-Us-Sakib on a tool that maintains human-in-the-loop persistent architectural knowledge in AI-assisted development. The system detects violations in AI-generated code and records design decisions as a searchable, context-aware knowledge base.

Undergraduate Researcher May 2025 — Present

UIUC+ Summer Research Internship Program — University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign

Collaborated with Prof. Darko Marinov to construct a benchmark dataset of bug reports from ISSTA 2025. The work has been submitted to ISSTA 2026, pending review.

Research Associate Sep 2024 — Apr 2025

IIT HCI Community

Analyzed research papers gathering insights into the prevalence of edtech platforms in the global south and the influence of different socio-economic factors in digital literacy. Conducted Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with Learning Management System (LMS) developers and edtech platform users, then transcribed and analyzed the transcriptions to derive insights relevant to the research questions.

Industry Experience

AI Intern — Samsung Medison Oct 2025 — Apr 2026

Samsung R&D Institute Bangladesh

Developed, trained, and optimized in-house models for biomedical AI research. Worked with real-time inference pipelines targeting both high accuracy and high frame rates — critical requirements for medical imaging and diagnosis.
